rogue could easily use telepathy tomake superman grap a piece of kryptonite and stab himself.
she couldd just touch him and while he is out fly to the fortress and git whatever she needed to kill him and still have time for gumbo

Superman would win. Rogue can absorb powers but she doesn't have super speed like Supes does so he could easily evade her skin to skin contact moves. She wouldn't even be able to see him coming. I don't believe she is nearly as strong as he is either- she can't go toe to toe with the Hulk physically yet the Hulk did with Superman. Not to say she doesn't have a chance but if all they used was their powers, no external items (e.g. Kryptonite) she would barely stand a chance- he's faster, stronger, and has extra powers (heat vision, x-ray vision, hold his breath an insanely long time - think battle underwater to drown her-).
Now, one could theorize that she could do a surprise attack but with his sensitive hearing, that is also unlikely. Superman is Superman for a reason- he is the most overpowered character in a comic book- even after his reboot, he can withstand a nuclear blast. Pitting a character with a fraction of the power and (assuming) equal intelligence really doesn't give the opponent much of a shot.

Definitely Rouge. Makeup always wins vs superman. I mean, check out Lois Lane.
Now, if you meant 'Rogue' then it might be her again. . . she can kill with that power of hers. All she'd need to do is touch him.

I depends on wether or not Rogues powers work on a Kryptonian. I will assume they do because while Carol Danvers is an Earth woman, her Ms Marvel powers are Kree in origin and Rogue absorbed them. Supes is Stronger, fast, more invulnerable than Rogue, but he can't count on his heat vision to get the job done. He would have to get physical, and to do that he would have to get close. Every moment that Supes makes contact with Rogue, Superman gets weaker, and Rogue gets stronger. Eventually, it's no contest, Rogue wins.

even though rouge has the ability to drain life and energy from mankind, superman isn't just a man. he's a superior being whos only weekness is to cryptonite.

Superman....Rogue is still a young kid/adult and learning the tricks of the trade whereas Superman has all that under his belt already! That's my guess.
