I have a great net connection and want to offer it to customers free of charge but dont want it to go out to anyone just my customers. Ive heard of pubs giving codes out when someone buys a drink that entitles the user to 30 mins access. How do I achieve this?

You would need to purchase a hot spot device such as the Netopia Hot Spot Starter kit. There are other products out there you can search for.

You need to look into a software / hardware service that offers you the ability to manage your wireless network.
Start your search using keywords like "hotspot" and "captive portal" and I'm sure you will find something suitable.
