Exercise helps you to lose weight but if you don't want to, then it will just take longer. You will then have to be on a diet. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Don't eat fast foods too much and quit drinking soda. Drink water.

If you do that, you might be able to lose weight. Good luck, oh and how heavy are you now? Losing 60kg is a lot... it will take a long time.

Honestly, you don't. Without exercise and a healthy diet your other options are gastric bypass surgery or a lapband.

Find a good nutritionist that can help you understand portion control, calories in and calories burned and get on a good exercise program. Good luck!

Change your diet. Makes sure you are eating healthy foods in the correct proportions.
