i really don't agree with taking meds, i believe in talking with someone really helps

Ask your doctor about Celexa, works fairly well after about 3 weeks, but also get your butt in counseling ASAP. They will teach you how to deal with your anxiety.

It's VERY normal. Tons of people have anxiety issues. My wife and sister were both taking Paxil for it.
