Can I be pregnant?

My last cycle was 8/20/2007. I am on a 28 day cycle which means it should have come on sunday 9/16/07. however it hasn't and today is thrusday. On sunday when i went to the bathroom I saw a little dot of blood on the tissue. But that was the only time i saw a little dot of blood. Now there is absolutly nothing there. No spotting no nothing. I took two test one yesterday and one tuesday and they were negative. I'm really want to know now i can't go to my primary doctor because she goes by appoinment only and that could take up to two weeks when i would like to no sooner. I had sex on 9/1/07 and 9/7/07 damn i'm worried.

You can get pregnant at ANY time of the month.

You put you dates all wrong, but i got the point since there is no,20th month. If you are saying you were due on the 16\9\07 and you had sex on 1\9\07 and the 7\9\07, then i would say you are pregnant,the 7\9\07 would have been the time when you were ovalating.Half before you due date period is the time. If your cycles are usally right, then you better prepare, but don't panic!! i wish you luck to how you would like it to work!!!

Well if it was unprotected sex then yes its possible you are pregnant. Some women even have a little blood spotting during there monthly cycle and some do not when they are pregnant.
It might be a little early for a tester to work, just keep checking weekly to see if it has changed.

Do you have tender nipples, bigger breasts, tiredness, dizziness, or belly flutters?

There are other reasons for skipping a period. I'm normally perfectly on time and have been for the last 10 years. I have had 3 blips in that time. This comes down to stress, flying or environment. Leave it couple of extra days and then take another test.
