I've got myself into a bit of bad debt and I've constantly got debt collectors round demanding payment, I've really got no way of paying them as I don't claim any money at the moment.
Now I'm being taking to court over non payment and they're refusing to come to any sort of arrangement saying that if I don't pay the debt (£745) by next tuesday then they'll take the matter further.
I've tried to negoitate but they don't want to hear it and I feel it for my two weans as I could not cope with going to the jail.

I believe that legally they should offer you some sort of arrangement ( I may be wrong) try to speak with your local CAB office they will be very helpful and may resolve the matter for you. Don't let the matter get you down I'm sure you and your family will be fine!!

Debt collectors speak their own language, I have seen lots of people threatened and intimidated by them, go to Citizens Advice as they will be able to help you with all the information you need.

these people are nothing but bullies. Go to cab and get advice from them. Hope you get it sorted.
