reduce your intake of fluids after a certain time, start by stopping fluids about 7pm, if that doesn't work, keep going back a half hour at a time, and from 3pm, have a limited amount, we all need fluids to clean the body, out, so make the most of the morning, drink what you wish, but remember nothing in the evenings,

Well only the obvious, cutting down evening fluids if you're thirsty try having regular sips of water rather than having glass fulls and try and wee regularly throughout the evening even if you don't feel like as you get fluid from food too and the emptier your bladder before going to bed the better. I have this problem as I have to take water tablets and the trouble is once you wake you have it in your mind you need to use the loo and you can't sleep until you do. If the Doctor has ruled out diabetes maybe you should ask him to test for other things that could cause this maybe infection. Do you have trouble during the day too? Maybe you just have a small bladder or perhaps pelvic floor muscle exercises would help too as your pelvic floor supports the bladder and if it's stronger it will definitely improve the bladder control. Might we worth giving it a try we know it's important for women after childbirth but women who haven't had kids can benefit from this too.

You need to go back to the doc's. It could be an uncommon form of cystitis easily cured with tablets. Unfortunately, going without drinks only concentrates the urine making it irritate the bladder even more.

Possible bladder problem. See a doctor about your frequent bathroom trips. If you went before going to bed and still need more then one during the night, you should get yourself checked.

Please also see your doctor to find out if you have a urinary tract infection going on. One of the more common symptoms of urinary tract infection is going to the bathroom a lot.
