First when you try out their online tests, they tell you, that you are approved. Than when you sign up and shell out $299.00, they tell you that you need a migration consultant and that it will cost you additional $100 / 30mts.
When you tell them that you are not interested with their service, they do not refund you your deposit and accuse you of downloading some pre-made PDF forms.
Is there any way besides contacting MARA to file complaints against these thieves ?
This is an absolute case of bait and switch, now I am out $299.00 for some online company to tell me I am not approved for migration to Australia unless I do not consult their online agent.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Fortunately, I have saved all transcripts and I will be mailing those out with my complaint.

Defiantly contact Migration Institute of Australia to complain about them. ( www.mia.org.au ) and if you don’t get anywhere with the person who answers the phone, ask to speak with a supervisor.

Threaten them that if you won’t be refunded you will be adding this company to the following website http://www.ripoffreport.com/default.asp
You file something in that website and it will pop up in search engines warning people to stay away from the business that just ripped you off !!!

That’s for starters. Not sure where you are living but also might be worth contacting your local Office of Fair Trading or Consumer services.

Good Luck with it all

Do the research yourself; you don't NEED to use an agent. Have a look at the following:::
Immigration for Australia - http://www.immi.gov.au
Australian Government - http://www.australia.gov.au

For Aussie skilled jobs go to http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/index.htm

About working in Aussie - http://www.workingin-australia.com
For Australia Skilled Immigration Assessment Form - http://www.workpermit.com/australia/relocation.htm

Step-by-step guides to procedures and paperwork
http://www.justlanded.com/english/australia is a great guide that explains things in plain English, applying for visas, working or as an international student etc…

Oh really Nicole W? They present themselves on the website as an
Australian government they have, only when your money is paid do you
realise that then they are a private money making company. Then they ask you to read reams of instructions and directionsin a huge form making the entire process seem so complicated that one is forced to pay for the Premium service. Then THEY HAVE TAKEN SINCE 10 JUNE 2015 UNTIL
29 SEPTEMBER 2015, in the process of which they have mislaid the
entire completed form, all the documents which I submitted on 10 JUNE and asked me to re- submit them on 2 SEPTEMBER 2015. I am trying to get to Australia in order get get my Permanent Residence permit which will be awarded to me the moment I land in Australia. They do not return calls of enquire, they send snippy little emails giving no assistance whatsoever. I missed a flight due to this delay. I have today been on the 'phone for hours, trying to get to the bottom of this matter. To 3 different Australian High Commissioner's offices in 3 different countries. At last I was given the information today, but the British one that TODAY my visa has been awarded. I have heard nothing from MIGRATION EXPERT. I WILL SEND MY COMPLAINTS TO ALL AND SUNDRY, WHOEVER CAN STOP THIS COMPANY AND I'M SURE MANY OTHERS LIKE THEM FROM RIPPING OFF THE PUBLIC. I WILL ALSO MENTION WHAT I LEGALLY CAN ON MANY PUBLIC MEDIA SITES. I HAVE 2 LAWYERS IN THE FAMILY.

No-one needs a migration expert to get the information and forms required to apply for various visas to come to Australia. All the information is provided by the Australian Government on the web page for the Department of Immigration and Citizenship at http://www.immi.gov.au

Migration "experts" use this information and then charge you for it. Take your time with the web site, there is a lot of information there. If you have any queries there are addresses to which you can make enquiries.

I hate seeing people being ripped off by charlatans. Chase your money as has been suggested. If you still want to come to Australia, go to that website and get all the information you need completely free of charge. You will eventually have to pay for things like visas but when you pay the money to the Government, it is a genuine fixed price with no middleman making a profit out of you.

So... did you even try to speak to the company? Or did you just decide to go off on a rant?

I mean, I looked at their website. You didn't even get their prices right.

I know that industry. MigrationExpert is a big company. My guess is that you've just misunderstood something.
