Why would people disagree with you? If the player has the talent and desire (big money in the States will surely motivate), he can enter the league. I think it's great for the best players in the world to play in MLB.

If a player is good enough he can come from anywhere to play MLB. You can bet that if there is talent in the Philippines you will have major league scouts over there looking at them.

Any player, regardless of where they are from can play in the major leagues as long as they are good enough. All major league teams send their scouts all over the world, wherever baseball is played in order to find the best talent.

Possible! It might be! As far as I know Philippine Baseball team won in the SEA (South East Asian) games so why not try. Pinoy baseball players are good in throwing and catching! I don't know in batting skills.

As far as I know anyone from any country can join the MLB as long as they have the game to back it up. Of course there are countries like Cuba that don't allow their players to leave legally.

a player from any country can play in the MLB as long as the stated department will issue a visa to them.

we have cubans, dominicans, venezuealans, mexicans, japanese and koreans that i know of in the majors. there's no reason to start being exclusive now.
