I believe first of all we must change our perception of professional politics and policy in general, or rather politics should change from pure careerist bureaucrats into responsible human beings, talking sense and making responsible decisions...That of course is a matter of science fiction at a current moment...I'm afraid politics reflect interests of their potential voters and if those are interested in their profits and well being only, than we can hardly imagine a world much different as it is...

none because it doesn't matter what form of government you put in there will always be decenter and people who want another form and there will always be people in power who abuse there power , for no other reason than they can
