If that match up came to fruition, I'd root for the Cubs. Cubs fans deserve it.

If both of those teams are in the World Series, I give the edge to the Indians. They are deeper and better than the Cubs. The Cubs are barely winning the worst division in baseball.

The Cubbies may not make it to the playoffs. They are not putting the NL Central away. Even if they win that division by default, they are NOT getting past the D-backs or the Padres.

The Indians. The Cubs play in such a weak division compared to the AL Central. And Cleveland still has more wins despite a tougher schedule.

As you well know the Indians probably have the better team but anything can happen in a short series. I would like to see the Cubs win if it came down to these two teams but I would have to go with the Indians. Sabathia and Carmona could possibly pitch five games in the series if they had to and I can't see the Cubs having too much success against those pitchers. Nice Avatar by the way.

The Indians might have problems with Zambrano if he pitched his A game but overall, the Indians would win it. Whoever said the Cubs and their fans deserve to win, I say Indians fans have been long suffering. The entire city of Cleveland deserves an Indians World Series championship. Chicago had the Sox win it recently. Go Tribe!

I think the world would end.

I hope that's not the match up I love the Cubs too, but I don't want to see either lose in the World Series.

please the Cubs would win but I can see it going 7 games... and for Davester who says that the Cubs are barely leading the worst division, just remember last year's Cards... also remember that the Red Sox didn't put anyone away until the playoffs... and we all know about being down 3-0 to the mighty Yankees... the Yanks kinda forgot about putting that series away...
