I don't recall actually walking into a door, maybe just brushing the door frame when entering a room.
When I was 14, I was in the mall and ran smooth into the glass window/wall at Journeys shoe store, WOW, talking about embarrassing. It vibrated so loud, everyone turned to look. I am now 28. So I have been quite careful with large barriers in front of me.lol

The other day, but it wasn't too bad. I'm incredibly clumsy (what, you're not shocked?!) and once I ran headlong into the edge of a really heavy old wooden door so hard it literally knocked me unconscious. Then I had to walk around with a big ole hematoma sticking out of my forehead for about a month. That was priceless.
Oh YEAH once my mother's friend smacked HARD into this sliding glass door and knocked her front teeth clean out! It was at a birthday party and everyone we knew was standing there. That had to be the worst door-hit I've ever seen.

Hello.Sadly, because I have osteo-arthritis in my neck and also have balance problems in my right ear,I have this frightful combination of disorientation from time to time. I got up from my chair, turned towards the kitchen, had a combined dizzy spell and balance disorientation and crashed shoulder first into the door! Thankfully the door stopped me falling over but gee did my b****y shoulder hurt for a few days afterwards!
Not bad for a 53 year old!

Twenty-two years ago, that was the first time I saw a glass sliding door. It was so painful that I got a red mark on my face but the most humiliating is the whole family member of my friend had their eyes on me.

2005 - Australia, Chappel Street.
I ran into a supermarket window thinking it was an automatic door. I hit it so hard I knocked myself out. The shop security and staff rushed out and started fussing over me. Worse though was the roughly 200 people and boy racers who started beeping their horns and laughing at me.
Not my proudest moment.
