If you are restricting it to those 4 (Penner's a 3rd year player by the way) I would guess it would be Kopitar.
If you are referring to sophomore players in general, I would be leaning towards Evgeni Malkin or Paul Stastny (6 points in 2 pre-season games so far)

1. Penner's entering his 3rd year, so not a sophomore, and the offence in Edmonton is currently too weak for him to challenge Kopitar or Radulov as it is.
2. Out of those 4 I'm picking Radulov as he will be the 'go to' guy in Nashville based on early comments by Trotz.
3. The true sophomore with the most points will be most likely Malkin, although Stastny seems to have momentum.

Paul Stastny would be an excellent bet, with Sakic career winding down, Stastny is the future of the Avs and will most likely see an increase in ice time and put out for key situations. Stastny advantage over Malkin is Stastny is not a fancy player will electric moves and speed he keeps things simple and plays smart, having Joe Sakic around for another season is large plus.
Malkin's trouble may arise from being comfortable after playing a whole season and may try to do too many things with puck. Playing with Crosby can be good and bad, the good is they are extreme talents and can make plays at will. The bad is because of this a "pissing contest" could arise from trying to have the best move or nicest goal
Kopitar still plays on a bad Kings team and will have to play in his own zone too much. Staal is more of a all-around player to get over 70-80 points and Radulov is going to have a long season along with all the other Predators out there.

Either Kopitar or Penner. Kopitar is pretty self-explanitory, and it sounds like the Oilers are going to build around Penner a little. Hey, they should be after that investment.

How come Evgeni Malkin isn't on your list?
I like Radulov. The guy has an Ovechkin type edge and confidence to him when he plays. He's a wicked goal scorer and can make things happen on his own. Clearly living up to what the Predators thought of him when they selected him 15th overall!

Those four players were rookies in the 2006-07 season, not sophomores. If you really want sophomores from last season, you should look at Crosby, Ovechkin, and Lundqvist, the 3 candidates for the Calder Trophy two seasons ago.
As far as sophomores for the 2007-08 season, look at Malkin, Stastny, and Wolski. They should put up a lot of points, too.

I'm gonna go with Kopitar. He had a ton of points on a terrible team last year and the Kings got better this year.

Out of your 4, I think Staal will have the most points. But I am apalled at how you didn't include Paul Stastny and Evgeni Malkin into that list. They're the ones that will have the most points.
