I have 6$ to spend.
I could get a 5/6-volume used set of manhwa/manga (any random), or get two new 3$ volumes of a series that has 7 volumes.
Should I get 5 manhwa, or 2?
Any suggestions welcome.

I would get the 5 as long as they are in good shape. I love bargains and buy used a lot.someones trash is always someone Else's treasure. when the new ones come out look for used again and that way you can collect all of them. In the Usa comics can be very valuable in some years away. If you were looking to save them for value one day you would want to buy used. I prefer used books as I get more reading more my money!! Is there a video game based on these also? I presume you live in Japan? I guess these are available in Us also though.much more expensive than your quoted price so you must live Japan or maybe Korea? are you collecting the whole series?

I would get two new. The 5 or 6 that are pre-owned are, probably, not in very good condition. Buy the new copies so that you can build your own, valuable collection, rather than throwaways.

your asking about first? go for the used one's first and later go for the new ones? does this help. personally i would go for new, thats how i am. i like to own things for personal pleasure, they need to be new. it depends on how you feel, i guess. by the way i have no idea what manhwa is.

well if you enjoy them you should get the 5/6 you get the whole set that way,why should it matter if its used?
