I've recently purchased a Nikon Nikkorex 8mm zoom cine camera from ebay, and I am totally new to the 8mm film format and old traditional cameras.

Can somebody tell me how to use my camera?
And how the film works, like, does it need to be "fixed" like in regular photography? And how will I go about this?

Something quite detailed would be very nice.

If it's easier for you or you can't be bothered explaining all right now, my email is jbdtaylor@gmail.com or if you leave a telephone number I'd be more than happy to give you a call whenever suits you and you can walk me through it and answer all my questions.

Many thanks,
Johnny Taylor.

Yes. the film needs to be developed just like regular film. Some larger photo houses still develop movie film. You'll just have to search for one. Almost certainly you'll have to mail it off somewhere and wait a week or two to get it back.
