I know in the US you cant order contacts without a prescription from a dr but Im looking for a website that I can like sellers outside of the US . . . . . anyone know of any websites?

You can buy colored "Halloween" contacts without a prescription, but you won't like how much they cost. From what I've seen, they can run about $200 per eye. To me, it's not really worth the expense.

Wal-Mart's optical department used to have those types of non-prescription lenses.
