I have been trying for 16months and my doctors just told me that in Febuary I can start Clomid. There really isnt any quick "natural" way to get pregnant. I would talk to your doctor and they should be able to point you in the right direction. Best of luck.

Unfortunately there really isn't a way to get pregnant quickly. If you have been trying for atleast 6mths, then you should talk to your dr, and he/she can prescribe some clomid, or possibly another type of fertility med. that might help.
I will tell you though, my husband and I have been trying for our second baby for 2 1/2 years now, and I tried clomid for 4 mths with no luck. So it doesn't always work for everyone.

hey good quest, but I am also ttc#1, there isn't any speedy way to get pregnant, but I am currentl on metformin and clomid because I have been trying for 4 years. But just eat healthy, stay fit, dont stress, and have sex 3 times a week good luck

I would suggest taking a course of Clomid if you haven't already. I fell pregnant right away on Clomid and then when my baby was five months I fell pregnant again surprise surprise.
