i think they have made a HUGE mistake. roman abromovich has spat his dummy out good and proper! yes chelsea have an amazing squad but without a top class manager-such as mourinho-they won't reach their full potential. the squad respect mourinho and that's rare. if i was in abromovich's position i would never let a manager of mourinho's calibre leave. he is priceless...and certainly the special one!
-not a chelsea fan, i support blackburn i just think he has been the most talked about manager since brian clough and certainly made english football more interesting

For Abramovich, Chelsea is only a business. He may want Chelsea to make money or he may want it to lose money the losses of which he may set off against profits from other businesses of his to reduce his over all tax burden. I am not saying that is the reason for firing Mourinho but it could be.
If it is the reason and I suspect that it could be, then it was a great move. Abramovich fires a brilliant manager, in his place he puts a mate of his (as the radio this morning stated) who was the below average manager of Israel, LOL -- and now things begin to make perfect sense.

Huge mistake.
Any club would love to have Mouriniho, he is the best.
I am disgusted with abramovich,, he is ruining our club. I hope he reads this because i have some advise for him:
1. Your job is to run the 'business side' of things.
2. Your managers job is to run the 'football' side of things.
3. Stop letting friends sway your decisions in things.
4. Beat yourself repeatedly with a shoe for allowing Jose to go, you fool.

roman's made a massive mistake, mainly for the reason that the players love jose, moral will be non existant now, other clubs will be looking forward to transfers because most of the players will leave, not to mention what will the rest of the coaching staff do, i see steve clark is staying but the other's came with jose x

Yep. If i was mourinho, i will never quit chelsea. Even if Chelsea wants to sack him, they should sack him after the next match.

there's a asserting that is going: "Quitters in no way win. Winners in no way quit." i've got self assurance success comes by transforming into extra perfect, no longer bitter & weaker after each fall. the toughest are in many cases people who've been by the worsts and fought complicated sufficient to be restored and bolstered. each mistake made is a helpful lesson learnt.:)

Huge mistake, to Chelsea and English football. The players had such a bond with him, I don't know how they are going to take it. Will have to see who is going to go with him!
