Abramovich is looking for one. However, I think it would be difficult to replace Mourinho. Abramovich has thought of some options before when he wanted to sack Mourinho. However, he didn't. So now, he has to search again. Jeurgen Klinsman was a choice. However, he rejected the offer. Avram Grant the director of football, wouldn't be nice for Chelsea though. I think he lacks class.
