There's lots of poems called If Only but there's one that I really need to find. I found it quite awhile ago and am thinking for some reason that the website has got a red background... It talks about a person killing themselves and then having their soul rise and realising that they regret their decision. :) Please link it to me or send me the poem in whole!

no but here is a poem about life
God created the blue sky to wake u in the morning
with small thoughts in your rmind on what the day will bring u
are you alone? do you cry?
get out and go to the shops,
buy yourself a pie with sauce and a sweet cake to finish.
Walk through the park and watch the water
sun dappling on the ripples
Back at home by late afternoon.
Talk to your pets or ring a friend and arrange to meet for coffee.
