Points redeem into power to ask more questions when you really do need it. Of course, this only is important when you just made an account and have some urgent question to be answered. By now I don't think I'll need to ask so many question that my points would completely run out.

I think all the people are not made for Y!answers.

People ,like us,usually share things which they know and as there is always a reward for sharing,we get it in the form of points..

My numerous difficulties were solved in few seconds by some experts in every field..

So,i think, since i'm with yahoo answers, people answer not only for the sake of earning points but to share the knowledege they have as knowledge is meant for sharing..

Some of these people here are smart so I come here to gain knowledge on things I didn't know and I do it for the points!! I like the point system even thought you don't get any prizes for it!!:)

When we don't get answer from everywhere, we come to yahoo chat....everybody likes to know what other think of his or her opinion. Suppose you have some problem but you cant ask anybody, you come to yahoo answers and share ur problem with other users and you get lots of responses and answers to your problem.

in summary

Yahoo Answer is a place where one can ask for an answer for his problem and simultaneously he can answer to the question asked by other.

I think, its a kind-hearted thing. People who love to help others in need, submit good answers.

Yet, useless people post crappy answers to get points. That's so lame.

But, Yahoo answers is a good thing. Everybody benefits from it.
