The leaves on my capsicums are curled in from the edges but not discoloured or spotty. The leaves have rolled inwards to form a tube like shape and seem to be well otherwise. can anyone suggest what this would be and how I can fix this. Thank you.

Your peppers may be infected with Potato Leafroll, a virus that affects potatoes and sometimes peppers. It is commonly vectored by aphids; specifically the green peach aphid. Leaves will begin to roll upward, usually from the bottom of the plant. Leafroll is usually accompanied with stunting. There are no leaf spots and discoloring may not occur with this virus. Prevention is the best control. Control aphids, remove weeds nearby that can contain aphids & remove any infected plants to prevent the spread of the virus. Burn or dispose of infected plants.

Infestations of sap sucking insects can also create leafroll, but then you should have seen some leaf discoloring and honeydew.

you said that there was no discolouration on your capsicum leaves, so it cant be a difficiency in micro or macro nutrients. to answer you it help us know what is their cultivar. Is ther a gray-like powder on the leaves? when you try to open curls are they break and is there any thing?
if there is some thing (use binicolar) or if itis gray it is some pests. you can use pestisides or wash the leaves with an spong.

It might be a micro nutrient deficency.

But, it could just be a hybrid characeristic. I've noticed some varieties of pepers have rolled edges more than others.

Get some good micro nutrient fertilizer and see if it helps. Maybe liquid kelp, or compost tea.

If you're getting good fruit why worry?
