You should be able to download a driver for this from
http://drivers.com or intel its a very common network interface card. http://www.intel.com/network/connectivity/products/desktop_adapters.htm?cid=cim:ggl|lad_dsktp_adap|k3772|s
check the downloads on the left side of the screen

intel put out this standard of internet networking back at 97 or
98 it is a general network using intel pro 1000 hardware and software. It relates to your network card
according to the number of version you may have
you can type your version in your search area and you will
be ridirected to the site you may use to download the driver
