It just takes time. Sometimes it takes longer for some people to move on. Take your time, it'll be okay...

Well first of all, pat yourself on the back for getting out of a bad relationship even though it hurts. There is no reason to start dating if you don't feel you are ready for it. Take all the time you need!! Just keep in mind that all of us have gone through this and we have all felt the pain. It's ok to go on a date just for fun and nothing more, and who knows, maybe you'll meet someone who has gone through something similar. Don't sit around dwelling on what your ex did to you forget about him he's not worth another thought. Go out with friends and go have some fun. Also, not all guys are jerks so go find a nice one and if he's still not the one try another. Good luck!!

I am very sorry what has happened to you. You will always remember the hurt, but you will get over it. It will take time, but time heals all wounds. I agree about your'e not rushing into a relationship, because it will become a rebound, then you might hurt someone yourself. I suggest you take it slow, keep busy hanging with friends and family, then as time goes on let love find you. Take it slow no need to rush to find someone, and let God help you find the right someone. I don't want to hurt your feelings any worsier than you feel right now, but truth to be told It wasn't love that you both had. Love don't hurt like that, if someone truly loves you. Trust me someday your'e going to find that right person, and remember you deserve better.

it's ok that you are confused right now because after a failed marriage,it's very natural that we have mix feelings. i can suggest you one thing on how to get over him.and i hope it will help you.for every break up it would just make us miserable if we control ourselves to stop thinking of him so allow yourself to think all those happy moments you have shared together.don't torture yourself of forcing to forget what you feel for him.and if you have time try to make a kit for broken heart.you may have use any box available and put all the things you think that will help you mend those broken heart such as cd's of love songs, cards about love, and any stuff you want to put in.you can use this broken heart kit the next time you had a failed relationship...but i hope that after gettin over him you will have a good life and a good love.

always remember that time heals all wounds so let time heal your broken heart, and someday you will just have a good laugh on what you've been through.goodluck!
