Why does WB keep raising prices? Bacon burger meals are almost $7.00! I have watched as the prices on combos have come closer to $7.00 and I am sick of it! They have great food, but not great prices. I am sick of hearing about gas prices and how that factors into the cost..Total BS! They don't even have a Dollar Menu. Just greed and selfishness. Gas prices DO NOT dictate everything we do! I like WB but they need to stop the price increases. Those corporate people don't even care that they are getting close to $7 or $8, when they should know better. I'm sure there are lots of angry customers. Had one just last week. Leave it at $6.48 for awhile, OK! I don't want to come back and see $6.53 or $6.65 or something. (I wish Mom and Dad would quit saying "You could always spend your money someplace else." That gets on my nerves!)

The value of anything is what a willing buyer will pay and a willing seller will accept! If the prices get too high, people will stop eating there!
Every business exists for one reason!!! They are there to make money! If they can not make money, they will close!! When you go to work, you do so because you want the paycheck, not because you love being there! Businesses are the same!!
Your parents are correct. You have a choice of where to eat! You can go to another restaurant and pay less. You can go to the grocery store and make your own food, which again will cost you less! You obviously like the burgers at Whataburger. Others do too! The only way they will reduce their prices is if they start to see sales falling!

It is not just the price of gas that has gone up. The price of food and wages have gone up too. It is not just Whataburger; most places are expensive to eat at. If you think prices are too high, don't eat out.

It is pricy is why I never went back or bought much. I get free coupons in free mail circular this year spring summer & sign up for club email coupon deals & discounts to few restaurants & pizza ones like Sbarros at mall & near by Olive Garden & Carrabbas,but they are not as good & once try the few menu items left to try that look & sound good not going back,cuz they kind of suck. Lasagna was awful at Carrabbas,& spent to much on these restaurants this spring summer. I really liked Macaroni Grill,but they are more. I like ones you can show on your cell,but these &Applebee's,etc I had to print out at library & pay money 💵 cuz no longer have laptop to use printer. New printer ink going bad is awful. Oh well. I treat myself when I can. I have 2 that expired Applebee's & Carrabbas,but if I ask manager like b4 maybe is nice to do so again,so since no money, then maybe this month of Nov I can use them if not like is 40 cents I lost.

but it's soooo good (that's why you keep going back)! so i think that justifies the price. and their burgers are big and juicy! i miss whataburger now that i don't live in TX anymore. there's no whataburger in CA! so enjoy it. and have one for me, too!

Yes,whataburger is a bit pricey. Especially if you get the burgers with bacon. etc. So I agree with you. I eat there from time to time.:)
