Does your voice tone go real high and moreso the harder you are crying.

Does anyone know why this happens and I think it is true of e very single person.

(had no idea how to catagorize this,do you?)

Yes, and I think it's because the throat tightens with emotion and strains the vocal cords.

When someone is lying, their voice gets all high strained... It's a defense mechanism..

Same as when you're crying, you're sad, you're vulnerable.. That defense mechanism kicks in when you feel like you should stand up for yourself and/or like you're being attacked..

when you get so emotional you have no control over your voice and it gets all high pitched
