I like to listen to your jokes. It numbs me from the pain, kinda like an injection you get at the dentist.

Nah, When I'm feeling blue, I'm just a pain in the neck. You know that ~dance~.

I make most of my time not to feel blue or sad because it's not a nice feeling at all.All I do is focused on my arts & craft doing something, visiting my garden & looking at them & watering or pulling the weeds. I can also do some a bit of cooking my native foodsToday I invited my friend for a lunch & we both singing karaoke lyrics from the internet & background music of course!I try to go bargain hunting to the mall. You can forget about all your blues by then if you have one.Watch your spending though(remember look for reduced to clear stuff)

Dance, good thing you asked. I don't know but a long walk always seems to have a healing effect on me whenever I'm feeling down.

When I'm wandering around, not knowing where my feet would take me, I meet people along the way and it eases my loneliness. I observe them going about their lives like me trying to make sense out of it, and realize that they too have their own share of heartaches and pains, and that somehow makes me remember I am not alone in my misery.

A long walk to me is like a journey of discovery and I usually emerge from it reinvigorated by an inner calm.

Also I am a strong believer of my self-styled discovery (and don't you dare laught at this!) that the nerves of my feet are directly connected to the nerves of my brain so whenever I go walking, my brain becomes stimulated and I become more creative and inspired (lol). I swear I have written many short stories after those long walks.

Seriously, a long walk has done wonders to me.

I like to get out of the house. Going for a walk around the neighborhood or at the local mall. Being out and about makes me feel better. Staying cooped up inside the house only makes it worse. Sunshine and fresh air are magical! :)
