Through high performance liquid chromatography, but the industry may have another method that is less expensive and faster, but you can do an HPLC run in 5 to 15 minutes.

There is a sign outside of my dorm that says a 16oz cup of Starbucks coffee has i believe 257mg of Caffeine. If that gives you any perspective at all. It also says too much caffeine can cause anxiety and other bodily problems eh hem.
