I must sound like a total whimp but i have a really painful mouth ulcer I have no idea why . What can I do for a speedy solution to get rid of the bugger? All suggestions are appreciated!

Oral B makes a powder called Amosan..works great, salt and warm water works too..draws out the infection.

There is a clove you can put on your ulcer ... I can't remember the name. I get them from time to time too. I got some stuff at the Chemist. it's expensive but works a treat. I also found when I stopped chewing the inside of my mouth I did not get them anymore too. I chew gum instead now.

Fill a glass with warm water, put a teaspoon of salt in it and swish it around in your mouth and spit. Hopefully that will help.

Salt water or listerine. Both burn like heck, but they work.

think of the sensation as a resurance that you are not dead yet, what you are feeling is life in you. i would hate to lessen that for you. i would never deprive you of this; your awareness.

put pomegranite juice or lemon, and it will quickly go away
