Everyday, my mind scans for any topic that causes me anxiety. I always have something to worry about each day. It is very annoying and scary and makes my day awful. It also causes me to lose my appetite so I can't eat at mornings. What can I do to stop it and to live my day normally? Anyone suffer the same?

before leaving office write your diary, every detail, for next day, keep another small diary near your bed and what else u remember jot it down and carry it to office. now u r up to date... jobs, appointments, payments, reminders etc. now a days people have forgotten how important a diary is ... it takes off your tension, sleeplessness, morning sickness.... be free mentally. another small request; the moment u open your eyes in the morning thank the almighty for a good night ... and at night thank him again for a good day, and ask for a good night and good next.... make it practice and y will really enjoy the mornings after mornings

You damn right i do!" It sucks because "anything" and "everything" goes through your mind over your first cup of coffee! Anything to **** with you or something all the damn time;Yes my friend" That's nothing more than "Anxiety" Probally mixed some mild "Psychosamatic" or "Ergophobia". I said "probally ."Most people feel embarrased to talk about these systems "but" only ignorance can stop the solving of a problem "including" the world's. My suggestion is get your *** up and stay as busy as possible. "your thoughts" Are just that; They can't be real; Because your anxiety is causing them. "Eventhough" your convinced it's not." Watch your caffeine intake and your drugs of choice "because" that will only make things worse; After awhile you get to where you just ignore the bullshit and realize it's just anxiety! That's All it is! Get Your *** up and forget about the negative!

Yeah, that's common enough. Some days I am Some I'm not.

You can learn how to control those thoughts. Find a good counselor. Maybe some drugs from a Dr.

Its manageable. Just focus on not being worried or anxious. Find the thing(s) that make you feel calmer and stay on them. For me it is often music. Headphones really help.

Ginseng helps too. And chocolate. And valerian in light doses.

Of course, the most effective remedy is illegal.

That happens to me all day everyday. It only stops when I sleep. I take anxiety medication so take the edge off, but I can't stop my brain from worrying about something even if there is nothing to worry about.

I do. First thing when I wake up and realize it's another day in my world, I panic and think of something that causes me anxiety just like you! But I get up and take my Klonopin and Paxil, brush my teeth and I'm fine. Hungry. Sweetie, WE are not blessed with calm nerves. So a little help makes life so much easier. Don't be afraid to get to a doctor, and get something for that anxiety. You owe it to yourself. Do it today. :)

sounds like an anxiety disorder. Cut off your caffeine intake and goto a psych. Thats what I had to do. Keep going back until you find the right medication that works for you. It could take a while but dont give up.

Sandy it is so true and priceless that we as true born again Christians experience a fresh beginning each day, and at the same time we live and have our existence continuously in a fresh beginning in Christ never ceasing from that blessed position in Christ second by second, hour by hour, day by day, week by week, month by month, year by year eternally. Who could ask for more? Thank you for such an edifying question reminding us of God's continuous, unfailing, unconditional, unchanging love, grace, mercy, peace, comfort, and assurance in Christ.

when it happens to me it happens because a demons trobles me..last time i woke up thinking that my husband is going to fire the personal of the hotel where he has shares.and i didn't dare to tell him not to do it..because one day even he will be old.i also thought that obliging a child to 7 to 9 years of study daily at the age of 10 ..is an abuse...that the school does...
then i thought that if a psychologist tried to say that Saint John who wrote the revelation was mad..(when he actually has talked with God and the angels)-it means we are very closed to apocaliups because God won't accept that His best people be called ''mad''...so..don't bother ..somebody else is quilty about your anxiety...so try to trust God..and try to accept that some will be in hell..and you must be joyfull in heaven..youy should also try to do good things..and don't get upset when a begger asks you some money..even if you don't have..
