I got different answers and I am confused. Can you show an example (with a date) how to calculate the next cycle of the following month?

Let say the period is 25th September, will the subsequent months roughly be the same date i.e. 25th?

I personally feel its good to know so that I could be more sensible to the gal I am seeing at least I do not irritate her unknowingly during this period. Of course I do try to treat her good through out the days but sometimes I could wonder if I have did anything wrong when she behave abnormally. She is usually tender, patience and extremely patient.

Thanks.

Jason, you are a brave man.
Very considerate of you to ask - as one response said, most women don't know what it means!
The "average" cycle is 28 days. This can, and often does vary, as every woman is different. The longer you are with your girl, the better able you'll be to figure it out. If she's on "the pill" it WILL be 28 days as that's the way it's set up.
Pre-menstrual syndrome kicks in 3-5 days before her period (bleeding) actually starts. Once it starts, most women calm down. Some can be REALLY bad and they now, of course, have another name for THAT and some try to use it in Court as an excuse for everything from shoplifting to murder.
If, as you say, she is usually tender and patient (which you deserve!) you'll know immediately if she snaps at you or is rude to you or, basically acts out of character. We can be awfully nasty during this time.
Please remember that she really doesn't have control over this behavior. It's all stupid hormones.
Don't worry about counting days and all that stuff - you're trying too hard. THAT will annoy her too!
Just go with the flow, kiddo - as they used to say in my day. You'll get the hang of it.
Good Luck!!

PMS usually kicks in 3-4 days before the end of her cycle so if she has menses on the 25th, then you should try not to be annoying the 21st through the 28th (supposing she has a 3-days menses.) Most the time it runs on a 28 days cycle, not 30, so September 25th would then October 23rd, and so forth.

PMS is related to menstruation, but isn't exactly menstruation. PMS is short for Pre-Menstrual syndrome. It is the short time when a woman's hormones are changing rapidly right before, er, she starts to bleed.

Every woman's cycle is slightly different, so there is no way to precisely predict when the next one will be. If you know that many details about a woman, you probably know her very well and can sense when it is time to be more sensitive and such.

Technically, no. PMS stands for Premenstrual, that's before period.....but women often refer to being on the rag as PMSing. PMS is actually the few days before our period starts.

Good Question though, I'll bet a lot of girl don't know the difference. I didn't for........a long time.

some months change and they can go in a 28 day cycle. PMS is the symptons you have before and sometimes during your period.
