That is a boy... Looks just like the ultrasound of my son when i found out it was a boy.

Chromosomes plays an important role for a male child. 100% depends on male chromosomes.Females have only x chromosomes. Males have X and y chromosomes. If male x combines with x of female--it makes a boy. If males y combines with x of female--it makes a girl. So it does not depend on you--Whether you give birth to a male or female baby.

I may be the wrong person to say this but I never saw those on sonograms that were made during my two pregnancies. I probably should mention that it was because I had girls.

if it's got the arrow on the picture, the arrow is supposed to be pointing out wee willie winkie. so yep it's boys.
