aw, i'm sorry you can't find the one you're looking for :(
i blocked one person about a year ago, but i unblocked her just about 4 months ago. i have one guy blocked now who is a disgusting pervert cuz he kept emailing me nasty stuff.
i'm not sure if what you are describing is someone that has blocked you or someone that has been removed, sorry :(

yeah, i have. I annoy randoms all too often, haha.
There isn't really anyway to tell unless you have a mutual friend and just randomly ask if the person is online, coz your msn isn't working properly and then you'll find out.
You can't just assume they have blocked you because they aren't online, sometimes there just isn't time for msn.
And if she did block you, there would be a reason. Think about the last conversation you had with her on msn. And have you been annoying her? And talking to her every moment she's online.
