Not really enough information here. Are they misfiring. Did they gap the plugs right? What is exactly happening? Did they just replace your spark plugs? I could go on and on here. Good luck.

Maybee someone didnt gap them. Or they may have sold you plugs with the wrong gap. Some engines use .60 gap naturally aspirated but use a .38 gap when supercharged. So if you have a 3800 or 3800SC gm engine this can happen & cause NASTY misfires!

Well, I think it's safe to say it's not a spark plug problem.
We need more information like how it is behaving and what size engine and model of car.
Good Luck!

well you don't give much to go on--if the motor is bad, chances are the oil is fouling the plugs and that will ruin even new ones very quickly. Go back to the shop and have them do the job or they need to tell you if you have other major issues.

it could be the plug wires, or the distributor, or the coil.
