I have a large wooden toy box. Since son is grown, I put blankets, sheets, quilts, etc.. in it.
Limited space, use containers for under the bed. If bed too low, elevate the bed legs.

You have a number of options open to you for storage ideas:.
You could get a storage ottoman - a kinda box which is designed to be a piece of furniture in a bedroom.
You could store your sheets under the bed, inside a large plastic tub thing with wheels on (just make certain everything is well aired and bone dry).
You could adapt a cupboard to be a linen closet by taking out the current shelves and replacing these with the type of shelving you commonly see in a linen closet. (Wooden slats are ideal for this)
As a final option (and assuming you only have two set of sheets) - put the clean set on your bed and store the other set in the washing pile.

sheets are in the bathroom with the pillow cases the blankets and pillows are in storeage tubs where the hamper would go.
storage tubs work great you can get the ones that slide under your bed,, with wheels( or under kids beds) or partition a space in the bedroom closet with a organizer and you should be able to store a change of sheets or 2 extra blankets and pillows there

I'd consider putting them in a storage bin and putting them under the bed or in a basement or attic when they're not being used.

How about storing them in one of those under-bed storage boxes? That way they're right where you need them.
