No. I heard on a radio show a couple of days ago that most men can whistle but only 10% of women can.

Yes, I can whistle quite well, but I can't blow a bubble with bubble gum or wink with my left eye.

i do best with 2 fingers under my tongue not too tasty but it's my pinky and forefinger tips and i practiced it in the mirror until i got it my mother could until she had to get false teeth
