Right now Devin Hester easily. I don't know why anyone kicks or punts the ball in his direction. Kick the ball out of bounds. Better to have Rex Grossman start his offense on the 40 yard line than Hester celebrating in your end zone.

Hester, hands down. Hall is a great returner but if you look what hester did his rookie year and what he's continuing to do in this year, he's the cream of the crop.

Hester without a doubt. Hall is a good returner, in his prime he was great, but he is getting old. Hester is younger, fresher, and faster than Hall is.
