Depends on the colour your going to paint it and the over all situation. But most likely yes!

NO but I will take you to this pedicure place where they will do a horrible job, take a tremendous amount of time, and charge you WAYYYY to much money.
And I will do this all on an evening when you are in a hurry and going to be late.

there are some things I just wouldn't do...
ok... don't tell anyone but my girls like to paint nails and one day I let them paint mine but I wouldn't let them take a picture... :-)
