Need help with Anatomy and Physiology (College Level)?

I need resources to help me study for my A&P I class. I'm feeling very overwhelmed in just the lab class. My only resources for this stuff is my notes, and the book (book has online CDs but they aren't too effective). Any online resources out there that can get this stuff stuck in my head better?

Try youtube, there are some great animations online.

A really great tool is "The Anatomy Coloring Book", which is available at just about any large bookstore, maybe even at your student bookstore. It will give you a chance to have the anatomy portion of A&P sink in.
