i havent had a good cry since my x
announced to me
she dosent know if she loves me
she dosent know if she ever did
would i like to leave now
or in the morning
thats how my misses told me it was over
so that was worth a tear

They say it's wrong for a man to cry. But I always feel so much better after I do... Feels like so much emotional baggage has been lifted off my shoulders. But now that I take anti-depressants I don't cry as much as I need to.. But onto you're question I feel like once a month is good..

Depends... if I am facing something that really upset me a lot, I will just cry and breakdown. Now that I've realised that It's been a while I have stop crying. Maybe because now I lead a happy life which is better thatn it used to be..

i never really have a good cry. the only time i do have a good cry is if im like really really hurt on the inside them it all kinda just comes out. like everything ive been holding in for the past months if not longer

Whenever I think Hillary may make it to the white house. Luckily that is not very often as I am a realist not a fantasizing liberal.

yes!...u agree crying is good sometimes....i put on a sad song and cry and cry and cry....at least every 6 months
