Does anyone know if I'd be able to sell my TIC condo at market price?

Hello, I'm considering buying a condo which is being sold as a TIC, but somewhat better because I can get a fractional loan. BUT, I'm wondering that when it becomes time to sell, will I be able to sell the unit at market price?

I would never get into a mortgage loan with strangers ,
But maybe others would .
Do you both have keys and can walk in on each other at any time ?

Do you know who this other tenant is ?
Are they a stranger to you ?
If so , does it seem weird since the is a Condo ?
