That's funny that you should ask. I always carry around a chair and a whip, just in case this situation would arise. I normally wear a tophat anyway, so I'm pretty prepared on that front. Oh, and I always hide a raw steak in my roommate's jacket pocket before we leave the house. That way, I would have a second or two to get ready to do some whippin'. Whip it good.

I have no plan. I have no lions either. But if I could plan to prevent a lion attack I would, otherwise I'd look for a big stick and try to scare it off. Maybe I'd throw a skunk at it or a big mac. Maybe I'd call 911. Maybe I'd play dead. Actually I guess I'd just resign myself to the fact that I'd be dinner.

1) Never go to Africa.
2) Never go to the zoo.
3) Never go to the circus.
4) Never go near the lion statues in front of that library in New York during any supernatural/horror film~or earthquake~or other natural disaster~or any unnatural diasters.
5) Never destroy anyone's charms that are keeping the lions away. (Remember that Twilight Zone episode?)

That should cover it.

Oh! Thanks for the reminder!
6) Never play Jumangi.
That could be a tricky one!

This is a legitimate question in mountain lion country.
Stand up looking as big as you can. Grab a stick and poke him or her in the face. Make a lot of noise. Like housecats they do not like noisy prey.
You are better off standing your ground than running.

well if I listen to my game Worst Case Scenario apparently Lions hate masks on peoples faces and having it backward so it looks like I have 2 faces is the correct answer. So I would whip out my mask and say booga wooga to freak him out.

RUN!!... I don't really have one...Just hope a tiger comes along and gets into it with the lion and I slip away while they argue about whose dinner table I'll be on.

Run, and hopefully, I'll be able to pray, cry and think of a game plan at the same time.

Lions are accustomed to eating gazelles. Gazelles run away, so that is the reaction they expect. If you charge the lion, however, it will startle them and they'll run away.
