You know it might be "Blowin in the Wind." Its one of his earlier songs, but it came to be a key song to the civil rights movement (what it was written for) and has gone on to be one of the standard, key protest songs.
That being said, Like a Rolling Stone, is right up there however I don't think it quite has the iconic status that Blowin in the wind has. Like a Rolling Stone has been named the most perfect song ever by Rolling Stone, which I agree and it is definitely famous but I don't think it is as popular.
Along the Watchtower is a famous song, but Dylan didn't make it famous. Jimi Hendrix did. Its not nearly as famous as the other two either.
