First off, let me say, I hope so. The SOB more than deserves to spend the rest of his life as someones 'boy toy'
But secondly, he can only be tried for what has happened recently. He has, just as you or I hopefully will never have, the right to a fair trial free of prejudice of his past. If what has has done in the past holds any weight in this case, the justice system might as well be thrown out the window. Keep in mind, the justice system is the way it is to keep the innocent away from the gallows pole. As sad as it is, the true criminals also can take advantage of it.
Picking Jurry members for this case must not be an easy job. They have to pick people who were either too young or involved to remember that highway chase on every TV station, or someone who lived under a rock to not remember the farce of a trial he had over ten years ago. Either that or bring in a bunch of boy scouts. They've sworn to always be honest and true.

Well he is out of money, Not so famous anymore, But on the other hand I'm sure he will try to play the racial card again and say some white cop planted evidence... Then there will be a miss trial saying he won't get an impartial jury because of the media. So it will be a closed courtroom and he will get a slap on the hand and told not to do it again...

No, because armed robbery and kidnapping aren't punishable by death.
But, at least this time you can bet your sweet *** that the detectives are well aware of his past ability to exploit mistakes and errors by the mis-handling of evidence and such. And you can rest assured that they will be doing everything "By the Book" to absolutely ensure that they won't be embarrased by losing the case because of sloppy procedures.

Actually I think he was set up. For one of the guys in the hotel room to get it on tape like they did...they knew O.J. would be coming and that he'd be hot. They saw a payday. I don't think they knew O.J. would have a crew and guns..but they knew he'd be there. But O.J. broke several laws and very severe one's at that. He's in some big time trouble. I think if his crew get offered plea deals O.J. will be doing some hard time for along time.

No, the money from the book deal will get him the "best" attorneys so they can tell him to say, "Lookera, da gun won't fittera in my handera, and sincera it don't be fittin, you mustera be aquittin." After all, "celebrities" don't have to follow the same laws we do, they have their own set.

Guilty or Innocent, How will he get a fair trial? How will they find jurors who have not heard of this on the news, internet, word of mouth or newspaper?
