this is how it was explained to me
you need to keep paying for your apt until they rent it out again.
(re let) look in your contract. if you have 3 mos left they might be able yo collect 3 mos in advance from you..then pay it back to you IF they rent it out during that time. If not... you do not get it back. if they do rent it out... the reletting fee (bogus, made up term) and AD fee is still taken out taken out of the 3 mos rent/
here's the problem... how are you going to know exactly what the new ppl paid... and when they paid it? when will you get whats left back?
Do you pay a manager? a company or an owner? The owner might let you out of a contract.
My daughter weighed these conditions and chose to move in with her boyfriend and continue paying her rent because it was just a crazy amount.
She thot of subletting but was scared they wouldnt pay rent or cause damage...again ruining her credit... sorry I wasnt more help :( good luck

Hi,
I do not know how long is your contract. Probably is a half year or one year. You can break your lease without going bad to your credit, but you have to pay the penalty. That is what is your rental deposit for. If you do not mind you cannot get back much or at all your deposit, you can move out any time.

First, please don't type in all caps. It considered shouting and is very hard to read.

Second, read your lease. There is a section dealing with early termination and the penalty. That is what you have. You can try to make a deal with your landlord to let you out of the lease but it will cost you.

If there are maintenance issues with this apartment, notify your landlord in writing (keep a copy for your files), especially about the bad smelling carpet and the infestation.

What has the builder have been given to do with the hire? As to the present day condo, in case you supply observe now, you could flow out in the two 30 days or on the tip of July. i'm uncertain which that is. the two way, you owe condo for the two the full month of July or for the type of days in July that the 30 day observe is going to. in case you had given perfect observe, you does no longer owe something. in case you do no longer pay, you could assume to get much less of your protection deposit back. If that does no longer hide it, your landlord ought to sue you. i might and it will mess your credit up for years.
