She isn't a bad person or a home wrecker. She was in the right church but wrong pew !!!!! They both have what they want now. I think the press should leave them all alone!!!! Personally I have never seen Charles looking so happy !!! It was an unfortunate set of circumstances but is long over with !!! We should let them be !!! You have to admit they do
make the perfect looking couple !!! *smile*

I feel Camilla is getting her just desserts. Anyone who allows
her affair to be put in front of the public and subject to their
criticism deserves to be made fun of. She and her lover were
not afraid to be seen in public, and let the public know blatently that the marriage between the prince and Diana was
a sham. He married Diana for convenience to bear sons to
inherit the throne and continue the royal lineage. He and
Camilla still loved each other, and maintained their connection. Poor Diana lost her innocence when she discovered the truth about her husband and Camilla. And so
she found love and affection wherever it was offered by
someone of her class and position. We wonder today, if
she would have married the son of the owner of Harrods,
or was she even in love with him. We'll never know. But
at least, she wasn't sitting at home, pining away.
I don't think Camilla is a bad person. Just an unfortunate
one, who was actually a home wrecker because of her
devotion to a former love who got away, causing her to
marry or loving her husband. She allowed one day to let
her feelings carry her into an ill thought of affair, that destroyed her marriage. And also destroyed one other.
Knowing how this destruction would ruin the rep of the prince
didn't seem to matter to her at any rate. I'm surprised she
follows protocol today by not attending some family celebrations. Since protocol in her earlier years were ignored.

I would imagine that the folks in the United States are much harder on her than the Brits. We Yanks adored Diana and think Charles was the reason they divorced (ergo Camilla) and why she's now dead. Had Charles not been enamored of Camilla, the reasoning goes, there would have been no divorce and the world would now be worshipping a beautiful but matronly woman of 45.

Well I think its good that 2 people who are meant to be together finally are, but it would really be better if they both retired to a nice place in the country and dropped out of public life and I'm sure they would be happier for it. Wills should be getting groomed to be the next king, his dad will be past retirement age when the time comes I'm sure, and we need a King with a lot more modern thinking.
Did you watch that film 'The Queen'? its based on true events and it shows just how out of touch with us they are.

Too hard on Camilla? Well, they shouldn't just pick on her.

Seems to me it was Charles who chose to wreck his marriage.

Camilla a bad person? Well, she didn't distinguish herself. Then again, neither did Charles.

Birds of a feather, I'd say, and they probably do belong together.

They really ought to abdicate and spend their time promoting organic gardening.

Being human, they have a right to be imperfect like all the rest of us...but they really should pay their dues by giving up the right to the throne.

She is just one-half the home wrecker! It was Prince Charles who involved her and incorporated her, into his marriage. Everyone knows that she was his mistress.

Now, I beleive she is both and so is Charles. I think that is why the two could not let go of one another. She helped Charles to wreck his own marriage by willingly having an affair with a married man.

You forgot one more word they both have proven to be...selfish! Did they for one moment, consider those two boys while breaking Diana's heart? This is a most selfish act in which they both did harm.

Let's see..she was married at the time, he was married at the time, but they chose to carry on in "public" , quite openly....not so nice. Whether or not Diana knew what she was getting into (I suspect she did). Charles has proven to be less than noble, I suspect his mother is determined to outlive him and never let him have the thrown ... if he had any honor, he would relinquish his place and pass it to his older son. He can never unite the people of Britain with him...He isn't even a successful diplomat as representing the British. He should do as Edward did....get out of the picture and leave what is left of the monarchy alone. Elizabeth II has been an admirable queen, her son will not be an admirable king. Love and peace, Goldwing

Not hard enough-She still has the audacity to go out in public. She and Chuckie should stay at home and never show their ugly mugs outside the door. They're equally guilty for Diana's failed marriage.

Please do not feel sorry for any of them./

They no more worry what the British public think of them than any of their ancestors did.

What they do is above the law of the country and below the level of conscience of the man in the street.

They come from a long line of fatherless children and ever more shall it be so.

Feel sorry for the tax payers of this country (a dying breed themselves) supporting a corrupt and pompous dynasty.

Maybe not a popular answer but seems the boys are trying to get along with her, so forgiveness would seem a better way to feel about it all now. Great question.
