I do, I'm really harsh on myself. If anyone else messes up terrible, I always forgive them, but I haven't forgiven myself for alot of small things. And I'm not even modest anymore, I'm just terible to myself. Oh well, as long as it keeps my ego in check.

There is a constant battle inside everyone. We fight between our negative feeling part (this is where being hard on yourself exists) and our more positive feeling part. The part that wins is the part that gets fed. Lighten up on yourself and you will feel better.

Until one day I had this sort of epiphany and decided to lighten up. Don't know how that happened but things started getting easier. you've heard this 3,000 times but we are all doing the best we can at any given moment.
