Yes. They got them in 1967. It is one of the reasons that the US was so so supportive of Israel and helped them in the 1970's confrontations with their neighbors. If Israel lost a war with conventional weapon it was clear they would have gone nuclear. We did not want a nuclear war in the middle east that could involve Russia helping their Arab allies, with the possibility of starting WW III. We still are afraid of the problems that would result from a nuclear exchange in the middle east, which is why we are so concerned with Iran's nuclear program but react only mildly when India, Pakistan, and even North Korea obtained nuclear weapons.

Officially , no. Unofficially, ABSOLUTELY.
Israel is in proud possession of approximately 200 nuclear weapons, and a few dozen of those are in dead-drop positions in the event of a catastrophic nuclear or conventional attack against Israel proper.
The four tennents of Israeli Nuclear Response
1. A successful Arab military penetration into populated areas within Israel's post-1949 borders.
2. The destruction of the Israeli Air Force.
3. The exposure of Israeli cities to massive and devastating air attacks or to possible chemical or biological attacks.
4. The use of nuclear weapons against Israeli territory.
