Yes. Most cliches are cliches because they're true. So "Laughter is the best medicine" is absolutely true. I remember learning that. It stuck with me. :)

no,I don't think so, because you can still live longer as long as you take good care of yourself.. and eat healthy foods and exercise.. just don't smoke or drink ..
