hold your head high.....think of good things...if u have no good things then make some...achive something in life...start of small so you know that u made an impact on this world.....and we all do it in one way or another...i mean i have $5 to the "save the bears foundation" and they told the whole school that the money we donated saved 10 bears...so i left behind a small mark that i know helped someone/something...you gotta get knocked down to get back up...i hope that helped

Everyday, starting tonight, right before you go to bed go to a mirror and look deep into your eyes(not at your eyes) and tell your Self "I love you unconditionally, and I honor who you are and what you are".
Also do the same process as soon as you wake up.
